Fortnite Weapon Analysis: Burst AR

One of the new additions to the Fortnite game has been the Burst AR. This mid-range weapon option is relatively ubiquitous in the game, which begs of whether or not it should be added to your load out. 

Let's compare it to other comparable mid range and short range options using our performance metric, Time to Kill (The number of seconds it takes for a weapon to down a competitor). Read on to determine if you should add it to your load out. 

1. How does the Burst AR Compare to Other Short and Mid Range Weapon Options?

Despite its lagging performance it can be hard to trust a single metric to understand and prove why the Burst AR is worse. Let's use Damage per Round, Fire Rate, and Mag Size to tell us the why behind its performance. 

Despite its newness, it is probably best if you look for other weapon options when considering your loadout.
